Saintly is a brand born from the hearts of two St. Paul sisters, created to celebrate the unique charm and tight-knit community that make this city so special. We like to think of it as our "love letter to Saint Paul."

While the world talks about six degrees of separation, in Saint Paul, it's often just one or two! That's why those “in the know” affectionately call it Saint Small.

Born and raised here, we share an unshakable pride in our hometown. There’s a unique energy here — a sense of belonging we’ve never found anywhere else (trust us, we’ve lived in those other places)!

We’re thrilled to share that love, that vibe, and that feeling of connection with others — one piece of apparel and one Saint Small story at a time. We hope this collection brings you as much joy as it brings us, and maybe, just maybe, Saintly can bring this little-big city even closer together.

FAQs

What does “Saint Small” mean?
"Saint Small" is hard to put into words but totally worth trying to explain (because if you know, you know). The sense of smallness and interconnectedness here is unique. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows someone, and even if you don’t, you’ll quickly find a friend, neighbor, or third cousin in common. There’s an unspoken pride when you uncover one of those connections. At Saintly, we like to think it makes us feel like we’re part of something both bigger and (Saint) Small(er) at the same time.

Do you have any places where I can shop in person?
Yes, we do! We currently have a mini pop-up at Nina’s Coffee Shop on Selby + Western in Saint Paul’s Cathedral Hill neighborhood. Visit Nina’s to explore a small selection of our apparel while enjoying a delicious cuppa coffee at one of the most beautiful corners in Saint Small.

Do you sell wholesale?
Not yet, but it’s definitely a possibility in the future!

Shipping

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Saintly

We are a (very) small business, but it’s important to us to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery, and related services offered by Saintly. Please read carefully prior to placing your order.

Order Processing Time

We process all orders as they are placed, please allow 2-3 days for items to ship. And 2-4 days for local delivery. In the event that an item is on backorder we will contact you ASAP.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

The available shipping methods are displayed at the checkout page, and you can choose the most suitable option for your order. We use USPS and all local deliveries are delivered by Ashley or Leanna (Saintly owners).

Shipping Rates and Fees

The USPS Shipping rate is $10.75 and local delivery is FREE!

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the delivery method chosen, the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days but can take up to 7-10 business days. Please note that these are approximate and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.

Local delivery timeframes will be arranged with the buyer and Saintly. Together we will determine a time and location for delivery. Please make sure you enter the correct contact phone number at the time of purchase. Saintly will text or email buyers to set up local delivery.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a question about receiving an order in a certain timeframe, please contact us prior to placing your order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. Saintly is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other reasons, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will provide a refund for the order less initial shipping charges.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. If an order has already been shipped or is in the process of being produced or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Packages

In the event that your package is lost during transit or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide resources in order to initiate an investigation and/or claim with USPS. Once the item has left our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not provide replacements or refunds

If a package is delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will do everything we can to assist you in attempting to locate the package. This includes providing resources for filing a claim or initiating a package trace. However, once the tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not offer refunds or replacements.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store credit will be issued upon the return of the damaged item.

Return/Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept exchanges for unworn merchandise with the tags still attached within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for returning the items to Saintly within this 14 day window.
