The LexHam neighborhood sits snugly between Lexington and Hamline, stretching from Summit to 94. What it lacks in square mileage, it makes up for in character. The homes here are the kind that make you stop in your tracks, each one full of charm. The tree-lined streets create such lush canopies that sunlight barely reaches the sidewalks or lawns.

But what truly makes LexHam special is its people. This is where neighbors launched Saint Paul’s first Community Council, dreamed up tot lots for the city’s youngest residents, and formed a community band that spreads joy the way only music can.
